職責
Preparation and cooking of Chinese meals for Police Officers and Police Formations; and keeping kitchen clean.
Note: Required to
- (i)work shifts and irregular hours; and
- (ii)work in Border District (Sha Ling, Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau, etc.).]
入職條件
申請人必須–
- (a)有為多人提供中式膳食的工作經驗；
- (b)能操流利粵語及書寫簡單中文；以及
- (c)最好對西餐烹飪有認識。 〔註：申請人須通過廚藝測試。〕
Candidates should -
- (a)have working experience of Chinese cooking for large numbers of people;
- (b)be able to speak fluent Cantonese and write simple Chinese; and
- (c)have knowledge of European cooking is not essential, but would be an advantage.
Note : Candidates will be required to pass a cooking test.
