- (a)主理與新學制多元出路有關的學習資源及學生發展事宜(例如：最新開發的電子搜尋工具「e-導航」)，包括連繫各持份者、管理、更新並持續發展相關的資源及策略等；
- (b)搜集及推廣學生多元出路的成功故事，製作錄影帶及相關資源，以顯示及發揚多元出路的學習故事，供新學制學生參考；
- (c)聯繫政府部門及非政府組織，協助策劃及組織與推行「其他學習經歷」有關的研究計劃，並籌辦工作坊、以助學校促進與「與工作有關的經驗」的長期發展；
- (d)收集、出版及製作最新資源等工作，以支援學校推行「與工作有關的經驗」；
- (e)收集學生聲音(例如:透過焦點小組會談、建立與新學制多元出路、「學生學習概覽」及「其他學習經歷」有關資料庫等工作)，來檢討及監察以學生為中心的教育改革；
- (f)視乎需要，執行以改善學校教育為目標的其他職務。

職責
- (a)To take charge of the learning resources and student development related to Multiple Pathways under the New Academic Structure (NAS) (e.g. the latest electronic tool, "e-Navigator"), including liaising with different stakeholders, maintaining updating and improving these resources, and other relevant provision, etc.;
- (b)to collect and disseminate students' successful stories of multiple pathways for reference by NAS students. To produce videos or other relevant materials to showcase learning stories for promoting multiple pathways;
- (c)to facilitate the on-going development of Career-related Experiences (CRE) through liaison with government departments and non-governmental organisations, communication with schools and conduct of R&D projects and workshops;
- (d)to manage the work on collection, publication and production of updated resources for supporting schools' implementation of CRE;
- (e)to evaluate and monitor the progress of student-centred education reform under the NAS in collecting students voices (e.g. students focus group interviews, building students quote databases of NAS's multiple pathways, Student Learning Profile (SLP) and Other Learning Experiences (OLE); and
- (f)to perform any other duties as required by the Administration for enhancing the quality of education in schools.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；以及持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)]；
- (b)在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(iii)及(iv)]；
- (c)在取得有關學歷後，具有不少於6年教學或課程發展的經驗，並具備擔任主管的經驗；如具在校統籌學生升學就業輔導的經驗者，可獲優先考慮[參閱註(v)]；以及
- (d)申請人若具備與課程發展及/或教育管理有關的碩士或博士學位，或具備同等學歷，可獲優先考慮。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent; and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
- (b)'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Notes
- (iii)and (iv)];
- (c)At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching or curriculum development, with some experience at supervisory level; preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in students' career guidance [see Note (v)]; and
- (d)Preference will be given to candidates who possess a higher degree related to curriculum development and / or educational management or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
- (i)課程主任(全方位學習及圖書館) 職位的申請日期為2012年6月15日(星期五)至2012年6月29日(星期五)。
- (ii)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
- (iii)綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科「C」級或以上的成績則會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。在International English Language Testing System （IELTS）學術模式整體分級取得 6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於 6 的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會視為已符合課程主任(全方位學習及圖書館) 職位的英語能力要求。IELTS考試成績必須在職位開始接受申請的首天（即2012年6月15日）仍然有效。[參閱上列註(i)]
- (iv)未有取得列於入職條件第(b)項所需的綜合招聘考試成績，但於截止接受申請當天(即2012年6月29日)已符合其他入職條件的人士，亦可提出申請，但有關申請人須於2012年6月2日)舉行的綜合招聘考試的有關試卷中取得所需成績，方會獲考慮受聘。
- (v)申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
- (vi)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有教育局課程主任職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人在基本法測試(學位／專業程度職系)的表現，會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重，但不會影響其申請教育局課程主任職位的資格。原則上，申請人的學歷、經驗和才能仍然是考慮其是否適合被聘用的主要因素。
- (vii)申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠，並須品格良好，願意為教育界服務，作出承擔，以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
