- (i)於媒體資產管理系統，就港台庫藏資料優化、核實及創建元數據；(ii)把節目資料分類及找出，並填寫相關資料；(iii)執行其他由上司指派的行政工作。
職責
- (i)to enhance, verify and create metadata of RTHK’s archive materials at MAM system;
- (ii)to classify, locate and fill in programme information; and
- (iii)to perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (a)
- (i)持有香港頒授的學位，以主修圖書館學或資訊管理學為佳，或具備同等學歷，並具有一年圖書館工作經驗；或
- (ii)持有香港大專院校頒授的認可高級文憑或認可副學士學位，以主修圖書館學或資訊管理學為佳，或具備同等學歷，並具有三年相關工作經驗；或
- (iii)具有五年相關工作經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[請參閱註]。
申請人如：
- (i)具備處理錄像庫藏資料及管理圖書館資料庫的經驗；
- (ii)熟悉錄像資料庫系統；
- (iii)具備管理員工的經驗；
- (iv)具備良好的中英文書寫能力；及
- (v)熟悉香港電台電視節目及媒體資產管理系統
則會更為理想。
Candidates should have–
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong degree, preferably in Library Studies or Information Management, or equivalent; and 1 year’s experience in library work; OR
- (ii)an accredited Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree, preferably in Library Studies or Information Management, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 3 years’ relevant experience; OR
- (iii)5 years’ relevant experience; AND
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent [See Note].
Candidates who are -
- (i)experienced in video archive processing and library database management;
- (ii)knowledgeable about video library system;
- (iii)experienced in staff management;
- (iv)proficient in written Chinese and English; and
- (v)familiar with RTHK TV programmes and Media Asset Management (MAM) system
will have an advantage.
