- (1)負責為伺服器基礎設施，包括伺服器、儲存裝置、各個作業系統及虛擬化軟件(即UNIX、Linux、Windows、VMware、Hyper-V)進行日常系統安裝、調試及維修保養的工作，以及系統管理軟件和備份方案的工作;
- (2)在內部網絡和互聯網非軍事區內，負責雲端伺服器基礎設施的推行、提升、支援及維修保養工作，工作包括在生產、開發、測試、培訓和災難恢復環境中進行 ;
- (3)負責數據中心的日常管理，並在維修保養數據中心的設施方面協調服務承辦商和供應商;
- (4)處理伺服器、儲存裝置、其他資訊科技設備及軟件的採購，以及安排硬件和軟件的維修保養續約事宜;
- (5)進行容量調整、硬件及軟件升級和軟件修補，包括評估升級／修補及推出新功能的影響;
- (6)與應用團隊、用戶和承辦商協調和合作，以便適當地安排和執行系統安裝和維修保養的工作，確保沒有突如其來的服務中斷;
- (7)在硬件和軟件可能引起問題或出現其他資訊科技問題時，為伺服器基礎設施提供初步及次級的隨時候召支援;
- (8)負責評估硬件、軟件及資訊科技的技術;以及
- (9)督導負責執行上述工作的下屬。

SYSTEM ANALYST (TECHNICAL SERVICES – SERVER INFRASTRUCTURE AND SYSTEM MANAGEMENT)
年薪約670,000元，另加約滿酬金
職責
- (1)To undertake the on-going system installation, commissioning and maintenance support of the server infrastructure, including servers, storage, different operating systems and hypervisors (i.e. UNIX, Linux, Windows, VMware, Hyper-V), system management software and backup solutions;
- (2)To implement, enhance, support and maintain cloud server infrastructure in the internal network and internet demilitarized zones, including the production, development, testing, training and disaster recovery environment;
- (3)To manage the data centre environment and coordinate with service providers and suppliers on the maintenance of the data centre facilities;
- (4)To handle the procurement of servers, storage, other IT equipment and software, and arrange hardware and software maintenance renewal;
- (5)To conduct capacity sizing and hardware upgrade, software upgrade and patching, including the evaluation of the impacts of upgrade/patching and implementation of new functions/features;
- (6)To co-ordinate with application teams, users and vendors for proper scheduling and execution of system installation and maintenance tasks to ensure no unplanned interruption of services;
- (7)To provide primary and secondary standby on-call support for the server infrastructure in situations that may be caused by hardware, software or other IT problems;
- (8)To undertake the evaluation of IT hardware, software and technologies; and
- (9)To supervise staff under his/her charge for the above tasks.
入職條件
- (1)持有本地大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦學學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (2)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前應為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前應為「E級」）或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
- (3)取得上述學歷資格後，在資訊科技行業累積不少於五年工作經驗，當中最少兩年須在資訊科技行業從事伺服器基礎設施方面的設計、推行和日常支援及維修保養工作，當中涉及各個作業系統及虛擬化軟件(例如 IBM AIX、 HP-UX、Linux、Windows Server、VMware、Hyper-V等)；
- (4)精通以下至少一個範疇： 私人雲端伺服器基礎設施；虛擬機器；SAN儲存裝置；刀鋒型伺服器；VMware vSphere & vCenter；Microsoft Hyper-V；Microsoft System Centre；系統管理及監察；伺服器強化及軟件修補；提高可用性；災難恢復的設計及推行；
- (5)具備全天候七天二十四小時支援關鍵系統的經驗更佳;
- (6)具備良好的人際關係和說服力，能有效令各持份者採納資訊科技方案，以達致業務和營運目標；
- (7)履歷表必須依時序列出過往的工作經驗及具備的相關技能；
- (8)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，以及良好的人際溝通技巧；以及
- (9)勤奮進取，具備良好的分析和解難能力。
- (1)A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in IT or computer studies, or equivalent;
- (2)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (3)A minimum of five years’ post-qualification working experience in IT field, of which a minimum of two years should be involved in the design, implementation and on-going support & maintenance of server infrastructure on various operating systems and hypervisors (e.g. IBM AIX, HP-UX, Linux, Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V etc.);
- (4)Proficient in one or more of the following areas: Private Cloud Server Infrastructure; Vitualised Machines; SAN Storage; Blade Servers; VMware vSphere & vCenter; Microsoft Hyper-V; Microsoft System Centre; system management and monitoring; server hardening and software patching, high availability and disaster recovery design and implementation;
- (5)Experience in 24x7 support for critical systems is an advantage;
- (6)Good interpersonal and persuasive skills in managing multiple stakeholders to adopt an IT solution effectively to meet business and operational targets;
- (7)Resume must provide career history as well as skills and experience in chronological order;
- (8)Good verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese and English; and
- (9)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
