1) To assist in supervising contract works, including vetting of Contractors’ submissions, verifying materials and equipment delivered and installed on site, ensuring quality of workmanship, making and recording site measurements, maintaining site records and verifying contractors’ claims;

• (2)To monitor contractual requirements and programs of building services installation works and procedures such as site safety, environmental protection, etc.;
• (3)To inspect building sites, Hongkong Post venues and facilities, and to prepare cost estimates for works; and
• (4)To assist in day-to-day administration of works.

• (1)A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical or Electrical Installation or Building Services Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic/polytechnic university, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), or a technical institute/technical college, or equivalent;
• (2)7 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in building services installation works;
• (3)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
• (4)Good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage;
• (5)Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and
• (6)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
