The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for :
(a)financial and accounting duties such as preparing supporting schedules for budgets, forecasts and annual accounts, compiling financial analyses, and checking costing calculations;
(b)operating bank and imprest accounts;
(c)preparing cashflow statements and projecting funds position;
(d)operating accounting systems, preparing and authorising payments; and
(e)performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
(i)have a degree in Accountancy from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or
(ii)be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Qualification Programme, or equivalent;
(b)have a pass result in the Aptitude Test in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE);
(c)have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the CRE, or equivalent; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; and
(d)have at least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification accounting experience and be able to handle full set of accounts.
