通過電話、電郵等處理公眾的查詢及投訴，須於星期一至五的夜間每天工作3小時 (由晚上七時至晚上十時，或由晚上七時三十分至晚上十時三十分)。如上班當日遇上惡劣天氣（例如颱風及黑色暴雨），亦需如常工作。一般工作地點為油麻地辦公室。獲聘用者或需於短時間內上任及可被調派至本港任何一個地區的1823辦公室工作。
職責
To handle enquiries and complaints from the public through phone, email, etc. Required to work 3 hours daily in the evening from Monday to Friday (from 7:00pm to 10:00pm or from 7:30pm to 10:30pm). The post holder is also required to work as scheduled in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm. The normal place of work is in Yaumatei. Successful candidates may be required to assume duty at short notice and are subject to deployment to any offices of 1823 in any district of Hong Kong if necessary.

申請人必須 -
- (a)在香港中學文憑考試五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績
註1] ，或具同等學歷；或在香港中學會考五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績
[註2] ，或具同等學歷；及
(b)操流利英語和粵語，能操流利普通話更佳；及
(c)熟悉電腦操作，包括懂中文打字。
申請人如具備客戶服務的工作經驗，可獲優先考慮。
獲聘用者需通過培訓後的測試才會被繼續聘任。
Candidates should -
- (a)have attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 1), or equivalent; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
- (b)be fluent in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage; and
- (c)be familiar with PC applications, including Chinese typing skill. Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in customer service. Continuous employment will be given to those who pass the post-training assessments.

- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
