- (a)協助處理與發展教師運用資訊科技教育的必備技能新框架有關的事宜，例如制訂和持續檢討該框架、與香港教育城聯絡，以發展和維持相關的新網上平台、根據框架的要求向教師頒發證書等； <br>
- (b)協助統籌所有公營學校的資訊科技教育調查，由計劃調查至處理學校的電話和書面查詢、跟進未交回的問卷、核實學校的資料、整合和總結原始數據、數據分析、製作圖表和簡報、擬備摘要和報告； <br>
- (c)協助處理與資訊科技教育策略發展督導委員會相關的秘書事務； <br>
- (d)就不同國家的資訊科技教育的最新發展進行資料搜集／文獻回顧和比較分析；以及 <br>
- (e)執行其他相關職責。
職責
- (a)To assist in the matters in relation to the development of the new framework of essential skills on Information Technology in Education (ITE) for teachers, e.g. formulating and ongoing review of the framework, liaising with Hong Kong Education City on developing and maintaining the relevant new online platform, maintaining teachers relevant professional training records and issuing certificates to teachers in respect to the requirements of the framework, etc.; <br>
- (b)To assist in coordinating the ITE surveys for all public sector schools from launch to answering school telephone and written enquiries, chasing the outstanding returns, verifying the school data, consolidating and summarising the raw data, data analysis, producing graphical charts and presentations, preparing summaries and reports; <br>
- (c)To assist in the secretarial matters related to the Steering Committee on Strategic Development of ITE; <br>
- (d)To conduct information search / literature review and comparative analysis on the latest development of ITE in different countries; and <br>
- (e)To perform any other related duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷，主修社會科學學科的申請者優先 ； <br>
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級

(c)取得學位後，具備至少5年全職管理層工作經驗； <br>
(d)具備良好中、英語的會話及書寫能力； <br>
(e)深入了解本地的教育制度； <br>
(f)具備良好的領導才能和組織能力、分析及解難能力、人際溝通技巧及表達能力； <br>
(g)具備良好電腦應用知識(包括文書處理、中文輸入法、試算表和簡報、數據庫管理及網頁設計)；以及 <br>
(h)具備公營機構工作經驗，及項目管理經驗，特別是電子學習、應用人工智能於教育或研究項目的申請者優先。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent, preferably with a major in the social sciences discipline; <br>
- (b)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3
Note] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br>
- (c)A minimum of 5 years' post-degree full-time working experience at management level; <br>
- (d)Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; <br>
- (e)Solid knowledge of local education system; <br>
- (f)Good leadership and organisational ability, as well as analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; <br>
- (g)Proficiency in common computer applications (including word-processing, Chinese input, Excel and PowerPoint, database management and webpage design); and <br>
- (h)Preference will be given to those with experience in project management, especially in e-learning, artificial intelligence applications in education or research studies, as well as working experience in public sector organisations.
